What areas do you cover?

We're based in East Molesey (KT8) and typically cover Elmbridge, Surrey and SW London within roughly a 20-mile radius�including Kingston upon Thames, Esher, Hampton Court, Thames Ditton, Weybridge and surrounding areas.

What information should I include in my enquiry?

If you can, share your postcode, the type of project (extension, loft conversion, renovation or design & build), a rough budget range, ideal timeframe and any links/photos that show what you're aiming for.

Do you offer site visits and quotations?

Yes. Once we understand your goals, we can arrange a visit to discuss feasibility, constraints and next steps. Where appropriate, we provide a clear, fixed-price quotation with defined scope and specifications.

Can you help with planning permission and Building Regulations?
