Yes—one team can handle survey, design/drawings, structural coordination, approvals and the build, so you have a single point of accountability throughout.
Absolutely. Some projects may be permitted development, but we’ll advise early and can manage applications where required. See Planning Permission.
In most cases, yes. We design and build to meet Building Regulations (structure, insulation, fire safety, drainage, etc.) and coordinate with Building Control. See Building Regulations.
